Food for thought.....

Remind yourself that when you cheat - you're only cheating yourself! Here are a few things to tell yourself that can help you avoid poor choices:


  1. -When I eat like crap, I feel like crap
  2. -Making healthy choices make me feel EMPOWERED.
  3. -My body functions on real ingredients, not the fake crap.
